In response to COVID-19, MCI is providing a two month bill waiver to CA Lifeline active customers. The bill waiver will be provided as an invoice credit as charges continue to accrue. All Lifeline credits will be calculated and applied based on the prior month's charges including any balances forward for two months. Credits will be applied onto the May bill (equal to April's total amount due) and on June's bill (equal to May's service+fees+taxes charges). An invoice message has been added to your bill advising Lifeline customers of the credit. The message will appear on associated April and May invoices. A letter in regards to MCI’s response to COVID-19 will be mailed to Lifeline customers with additional details surrounding these credits.
